How do you track your organic traffic on Facebook?
To catch a glimpse of the organic traffic your page gets on Facebook you’ll have to go to your Facebook insights. To see your Page Insights, click Insights at the top of your Page. From here, you can view metrics about your fan page by clicking the sections at the top (ex: Likes, Reach). To export your insights, click Export in the top-right corner.
Keep in mind that insights are only available after at least 30 people like your Page. Click on ‘See more’ in the event that you want to see more information on other older posts.
1- Publish more quality more consistently:
Being consistent in the quality and types of posts you create can help people know what kinds of messages to expect from you and how they tie into your business. However, Facebook also recommends the creation of quality content rather than high volume publishing daily posts to draw attention. Posting more doesn’t mean more engagement.
2- Target your audience for more engagement:
A good way to improve your organic reach on Facebook is by targeting your potential clients. Since Facebook lets you target your audience. You can choose gender, level of education, age, location, language, and interests. Select the correct options and label your post by directing them to a specific audience, this way you can increase the radius of engagement.
3- Post when there’s low audience on Facebook:
In moments where there aren’t many people sharing in Facebook, the possibilities of drawing more attention to your posts are higher. Of course, the number one rule should be posting when the majority of your followers are online, but you should also try to publish in other hours of the day in which the Facebook feed isn’t so overloaded of new posts. You can visit your Facebook statistics dashboard and get a clearer view of when your followers are online. Then choose the hours in which the majority of your fans are connected and your competitors are not publishing.
